PCU

PCU is the fast and convenient way to do your credit union business on the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With PCU, you keep your personal finances organized quickly, safely, and securely. Whether you're at home, at work, or on the road, PCU makes it easy to access a variety of easy-to-use services and it's FREE:

  • Obtain  balances on your accounts
  • Obtain transaction histories on your accounts
  • Obtain cleared check information
  • Obtain deposit and withdrawal information, including Direct Deposit, payroll deduction, ATM and debit card transactions.
  • Transfer from one account to another
  • Make loan payments
  • Request a withdrawal by check
  • View and print statements
  • Obtain information on dividends earned and interest paid year-to-date

Mobile Banking

Is a FREE service that lets you do your day-today banking right on your cell phone.  Check your balances, transfer funds, BillPayer quick pay and change your password and email address.

All you need is an internet ready cell phone or PDA and a sign-on to PCU.  Put this internet address, http://siouxlandfederalcu.online-cu.com/mobile into your browser on your cell phone or PDA and use your PCU sign-in.

Electronic Statements

You can choose to view your statements online!  Our secure E-Statements are available the 1st of the month so you can view account activity right away.  You may also download or print a copy for your files as you feel necessary.  This is another free service from Siouxland Federal Credit Union.

Online BillPayer

Pay your bills online, at the click of a button.  The setup is easy:  just click on the area you want, and follow the instructions on the screen.  It's the easiest bill payment you'll ever do!

Log into PCU through www.siouxlandfederalcu.com, click on the Billpayer button and your options are easy!  You may sign up online or contact our Member Service Representatives for details.

Do your banking from home!

Siouxland Federal’s Audio Response system provides you with automated access to your accounts. With this electronic phone service, you can:

  • Find out which checks have cleared
  • Verify deposits
  • Request withdrawals by check
  • Obtain loan information
  • Make loan payments
  • Transfer funds
  • Conduct inquiries on your accounts

Call-24 is easy to use.
Just call 402-494-0481 or 888-351-9817 any time of the day or night and follow the automated instructions. The computer will lead you through your transaction, prompting you to enter the required information. All you need is a touch-tone phone, your account and ID numbers, and your four-digit PIN number.
