Attention PCU Members!!

Keeping our member's personal and financial information secure is very important to us. On November 1, 2010 we will be upgrading PCU with a better security feature. With this feature, our member's will be asked to use a password that is between 8 and 13 digits long.

The new password should be alpha/numeric (no special characters). Please avoid using easily available information like your birth date, any part of your SSN, your phone number, family names or consecutive numbers.

You may change your password by signing on to PCU, click on the "Your Preferences" tab, go to the "Login Security Credentials" page. On the upper right hand side you will find the "Change Password box, enter the information and submit.
